1. Who we are

This site is operated by Kiboria. To contact us, use the contact form on this site. If the activity is transferred to a company, we will announce it on this page and that company will assume these terms.

2. Acceptance

By using kiboria.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

3. What this site is

The site presents information about Kiboria and its services and lets you contact us. Its content is informational and is not a binding offer. The terms of any service, including scope, price, service levels and data processing, are agreed in a written contract.

Products or features marked as "in development", such as Kiboria Personal, may change or may not be launched. Mentioning them does not imply any commitment to make them available.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the site lawfully. In particular, you may not:

  • Try to access Kiboria's or third parties' systems, accounts or data without authorisation.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site, for example through attacks, overload or malicious code.
  • Extract content in an automated, large-scale way for commercial purposes without our permission.
  • Send false information, third-party data without authorisation, or unlawful content through the form.

5. Intellectual property

The Kiboria brand, logo, the Kiborg avatar, and the site's texts, designs, images and code belong to Kiboria or its licensors. You may view them and share links to the site. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without written permission.

6. Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party sites, such as social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Kiboria is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions based solely on its informational content.

The site's content is provided "as is" and for information purposes. Examples, cases and descriptions of how the agents work are illustrative: the results of each implementation depend on each company's process, systems and data, and are agreed in the corresponding contract.

Nothing above limits any rights you have under mandatory rules, including Argentine consumer protection law (Law 24,240) where applicable.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In case of any dispute, the parties will first try to resolve it in good faith through mediation. If no agreement is reached, it will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts, unless a mandatory rule gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own domicile.

These terms are a translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
